QianKun Ring

When the QianKun Ring is around NeZha's neck, he embodies his human nature. When it is completely removed, he embodies his demonic nature. When it is worn on his wrist, he is a mix of both.

The reason he appears as little NeZha to resist the heavenly thunder in the end is that only in this form can he truly follow his heart and properly bid farewell to his parents.

生辰宴上，殷夫人对哪吒说：“娘真想看着你长大”，而李靖对他说：“你今后的路还很长”。

因为只有李靖知道，他将会替哪吒承受天劫，用自己的命换来哪吒的 “今后”。

NeZha's Future

At the birthday banquet, Lady Yin says to NeZha, "I really wish I could watch you grow up," while Li Jing tells him, "You still have a long road ahead."

This is because only Li Jing knows that he will bear the heavenly calamity in place of NeZha, using his own life to secure NeZha's "future."

李靖之所以在生辰宴上揭穿敖丙身份，并不是因为看出他是妖族，而是因为他身上有灵珠的气息。

在死期来临之前，李靖最大的愿望，就是能够查清儿子当年被调换为魔珠之事。

Exposing Ao Bing

The reason Li Jing exposes Ao Bing's identity at the birthday banquet is not because he recognizes him as a demon, but because he senses the aura of the Spirit Pearl on him.

Before his impending death, Li Jing's greatest wish is to uncover the truth about how his son was switched with the Demon Pearl years ago.

李靖到虚空之门请求天尊帮助期间，整整一年时间，只有殷夫人一个人独自在家，一边守卫着陈塘关，一边照顾哪吒。

A Day in Heaven

One day in heaven is equivalent to one year on earth.

During the entire year that Li Jing spent at the Gate of Void seeking help from the Heavenly Sovereign, Lady Yin was left alone at home, guarding ChenTang Pass and taking care of NeZha by herself.

申公豹因为豹子精的身份在师门遭受偏见，长期不自信，所以才会造成口吃。

当他最后坦露目的不再忍辱负重时，唯一一次说顺了自己的名字：“是申公豹！”

A Stutter Shen GongBao

Shen GongBao, due to his identity as a leopard spirit, faced prejudice within his sect, leading to long-term insecurity and a stutter.

When he finally reveals his true intentions and no longer endures humiliation, he smoothly says his own name for the first time: "It's Shen GongBao!"

听说陈塘关的百姓要来给他庆生，哪吒兴奋地穿上了披风。

这也是殷夫人外出斩妖除魔时的装束。或许在哪吒心中，披风就是英雄的象征。

NeZha's Cape

Upon hearing that the people of ChenTang Pass were coming to celebrate his birthday, NeZha excitedly put on a cape.

This was the same attire Lady Yin wore when she went out to slay demons. Perhaps, in NeZha's heart, the cape symbolizes a hero.

哪吒刚刚出生时，李靖得知天劫咒一事，对近乎崩溃的殷夫人说：“你放心，有我在，孩儿不会有事。”

后来，他真的做到。

Heavenly Calamity Curse

When NeZha was just born, Li Jing learned about the Heavenly Calamity Curse. He said to the nearly distraught Lady Yin, "Don't worry, as long as I'm here, our child will be fine."

Later, he truly kept his promise.

哪吒的房间里放满了玩具，但都被七零八落地被丢到了地上。忙于公务的李靖夫妇其实一直很疼爱哪吒，但哪吒真正需要的，其实只是陪伴而已。

NeZha's True Needs

NeZha's room is filled with toys, but they are all scattered on the floor. Although Li Jing and his wife, who are busy with official duties, genuinely love NeZha, what he truly needs is simply their companionship.

追逐被海夜叉携走的小妹时，哪吒原本想要用火攻击，但在看到小妹的一瞬间就放弃了。

虽然哪吒未能通过师父在山河社稷图中的考验，但他其实已经学会了保护他人。

Chasing Sea Demon

While chasing the sea demon who had taken the little girl, NeZha initially intended to attack with fire but gave up the moment he saw the girl.

Although NeZha failed his master's test in the Landscape of the Gods, he had actually learned to protect others.
